History of Wing Chun
Wing Chun is a system of southern Chinese Kung Fu that eliminates unnecessary movements that can hinder speed and defense. It is a close-range martial art that uses both offensive and defensive techniques simultaneously. Wing Chun was developed by a Buddhist nun, Ng Mui, of the Shaolin Temple, during the Qing Dynasty, and named after one of her students, Yim Wing Chun.
